The Clean Leadership Program is designed for Atlantic Canada’s clean economy. Our goal is to grow the talent pipeline for growth ventures that address a range of complex global sustainability challenges—from improving energy storage, to creating new value products within the circular economy, to defining the future of transportation and agriculture.
Recruiting top talent is half the battle; the other half is ensuring that the talent stays with the organization, or at least within the sector, for the long run. Meaningful internships are an effective way to develop local workforce attachment to targeted growth industries, while offering employers a low-risk way to assess employee fit, critical to long-term retention.
